This Privacy Policy explains how the marketing team for KeyStone @ Mandai (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, discloses and protects personal data submitted through this website, in accordance with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
When you submit an enquiry, request the e-brochure, or book an appointment, we collect the personal data you provide — typically your name, mobile number, email address, and any details you include in your message. We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data through these forms.
We use your personal data to respond to your enquiry, provide information about KeyStone @ Mandai (including pricing, floor plans and availability), arrange viewings, and follow up regarding the development. We may contact you by phone, SMS, WhatsApp or email using the details you provide.
Your data may be shared with the developer, appointed marketing agents and service providers strictly for the purposes above. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Enquiries are checked by Cloudflare Turnstile, recorded securely in a Cloudflare database and emailed to the Sales Concierge through Resend, an email delivery service; these providers process the details only to deliver the enquiry.
Enquiry records are kept for up to 12 months and then deleted automatically. We apply reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect it against unauthorised access or disclosure.
